RESETTLEMENT AREA 1 VINH TAN Hamlet
Construction of technical infrastructure for Resettlement Area Hamlet 1 - Vinh Tan, Package VT1-P2
Scope of work: site leveling, construction of road and sidewalk systems, rainwater and wastewater drainage systems, electrical and telecommunication pipeline systems across the road.
The project “Ap 1 - Vinh Tan Residential Area” is being constructed in Quarter 1, Vinh Tan Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province. The total land area of the project is 99.672 hectares. The area of Nguyen Cat Company as the main contractor for construction is 21 hectares including 25,000m2 of internal roads completed and handed over in 2011.
The contractor carries out and completes the construction of infrastructure for the resettlement area of Hamlet 1 Vinh Tan. These services include the following works:
- Site preparation
- Earthworks
- Road and sidewalk systems
- Rainwater drainage systems
- Wastewater drainage systems
- Electrical and telecommunication pipeline systems by road
The resettlement area of Hamlet 1 Vinh Tan, invested by VSIP, has invested in the construction of a relatively complete power supply and lighting network, communications, water supply, and rainwater drainage along existing roads.
