The project of constructing infrastructure of N4 road (D3-D3A), DH1, DH2, DH3, DH4 roads Phase 1 - VSIP III (100ha) was constructed by Nguyen Cat Company as the main contractor according to the design and requirements of the Investor, including the following items:

• Clearing the construction site including moving the organic soil layer
• Excavation
• Construction of the road system
• Construction of the rainwater drainage system
• Construction of the wastewater drainage system
• Construction of underground electrical and telecommunication pipes across the road and lighting system
• Protecting and restoring the original state of utility infrastructure works, roads, sidewalks... and/or other works that are existing and/or under construction during the construction phase and/or after the construction phase
• Operation, acceptance and handover and other works as required by the Investor

The project was handed over on schedule as committed to the VSIP III investor.
